All shareholders of record received their proxies on time as required by law. Those who got theirs late were not of record. Doug wanted to provide everyone with a proxy though. He paid $6k to track non record shareholders. The company that was handling this transaction dropped the ball. As I mentioned in an earlier post. Cut and paste this like a preschooler and spin it like a Clinton aide. I will set up an offshore account for you so you can short this if you are so convinced. Put your money where your mouth is.
