DD--you wrote: "I'm speaking strictly from a customer perspective. A customer is one who purchases goods and services from a company, while a shareholder owns the stock in the company. It is possible to be one or both; they are not mutually exclusive. I hope I've cleared this confusing issue for you."

Thanks for the tip, DD.

Let me clear up an issue which apparently is confusing to you, as I've posted it several times before and you can't seem to understand it.

EGRP is the stock. Here is where we discuss it.

E*Trade is the service. Here is where folks like you can discuss it (and other online brokers), bitch about it, whine about it, tear your hair out about it, all to your hearts content. I'll even post it's URL for you, as I have in the past. Here it is:

Subject 25552

In fact, here is the first line of introduction to the above URL, just to let you know:

"This thread has been opened to document problems with online brokerage firms."

I don't know how much clearer it could be...

cheers...
