+ Customer Satisfaction --> + Profits --> + Stock price --> Happy Stockholder

But types like you could give a rats ass about the customer satisfaction variable in this equation, as long as your stock advances.

My point is that poor customer satisfaction will impact profits and share price, in the long run!!!
