Josef- of your wish list, OpenMarket seems like a good fit, although MSFT seems to want in their space. They would jive well with the small businesses on Hypermart, an out of the box e-commerce solution. Only draw back, numerous rumors that they will go to Lycos. They're stock price has been depressed since last November and the daytraders and shorts have been riding it up and down.
