OT -- I was only joking, but since you brought it up, in terms of environment effects, the western population is a far bigger drag on the world resources than Asia and Africa combined. The environmental drag is a factor of both the life style and the number of people. Just by the virtue of living in New York City, I produce 10 times the garbage than a typical Indian or Chinese does. I also probably effect the Earth's natural resources by about a 100 times more than a typical LatAm or Mid. Eastern person does. This is despite the fact that I do my best to live in an environmentally friendly manner. It is due to consumption of goods that are over-processed, over-packaged, and over-advertised, as well as being the consumer of all the infrastructure that is needed to maintain my life style. In short, Gate's two kids will probably have a greater effect on the worlds resources than a couple hundred Bangaly children. Sun Tzu
