My oh my, what a sanctimonious bunch you all are.

Franchising? Come on. If they had the money they would do it themselves. Who are you kidding? They have very little money as there are reports of very little business outside what RMC was doing and that is gone. Zippo. Nada.

They mentioned on CNBC today that 90% of daytraders lose money. The case against Alltech if you recall was their failure to disclose that something like 63 out of 64 of their customers had lost money. This kind of business is not a good candidate for franchising.

I-T? McDonald's, KFC it is not. There is absolutely no real name recognition for I-T. There is nothing to prevent anyone else from entering the market like Merrill Lynch, or even E-Trade and blowing the franchisees out of the water. I-T has no apparent capital or resources to promote either. Heck Kinko's can swing a deal with a brokerage and PCQuote as easily as the boys from Boca. So what upside opportunity really exists. If there was any the boys that swing the heavy lumber would be flattening all competitors. PABN is just an idea being forwarded by a management that has yet to demonstrate any positive substantive performance.
