Mr. Patience, One other point ... I have over 30 years in broadcast and advertising. Don't expect immediate results from any ad campaign. Test markets have proven over and over again it takes a bell curve of awareness to set in. Top-of-mind is a delayed function of advertising. That is, sales will continue to climb when all ads cease for exactly the same period of time it took to achieve initial awareness. Once you have reached public awareness, you have momentum and that must never cease in a competitive market. There can be weeks of hiatus without a dip, but once momentum is underway, it must be fed regularly. I have a feeling Glen is fully aware of the bell curve. Going to be exciting!

We need to have someone critique each of these points, Mr P??? One point for management, the interview is a month old. It would be good to be kept a little more up to date on what the company is doing in the public arena (not intended to apply to internal/non-public company work) Dave
