mw -

The only 13F for Berkshire that I could find was at:

edgar-online.com

and that did not mention the alleged investment in SRCM.

If BRK did in fact file a 13F detailing an investment in SRCM then where is the URL? This is isn't worth arguing about - either you can produce a URL to back up your claim, in which case I'll believe you. Or you can't produce a URL, in which case I'll treat your claim as rumor.

To jump in:

It depends on what you mean by "Berkshire Hathaway bought shares"

I wouldn't doubt that General Re, and therefore one could argue Bershire, holds some shares in this along with a few thousand other securities. It's an insurance firm. It has vast portfolio holdings.

But if your thought is to imply that The Great One has ever heard of SRCM, than you've either been deluded, are deluding yourself, or are attempting to delude others.

Okay, SLIGHT difference there. This is what MW has been crowing about:

freedgar.com

A holding by a subsidiary of a company which was in turn bought by Berkshire is decidedly NOT the same thing as Mr. Buffett taking SRCM into his inner circle of long-term holdings.

Misleading as usual, MW.

MW,

Nice try with the Warren Buffet BS. Incidentally - do you know why this pig is sliding down like sewage in a pipe? Ya think it might have to do with TV Guide completing their DD and then running away from SRCM like Carl Lewis?

Or maybe the fact that the buffoons are selling their stock and bailing like rats?

Please let me know what you think MW, BTW - you will owe me dinner and drinks when we hit the new low...

Cheers, your buddy $teve
