Mr. Porcari,

Why do you question everyone's position? You, the bankrupt, ex fraudster with numerous existing tax liens to his credit who has not disclosed how much stock he recieved for , as you say "putting the deal together". From the looks of it, you got paid to promote this pig stock

And your son's band SUCKS

It is manipulation when it is NOT "investor" buying but rather above market buy-ins.

Stop your BS and be serious, no legitimate institution buys OTCBB companies. Why? Because it is a breach of fiduciary responsibility. Pension funds, mutual funds, etc. would never buy a "security" as tainted as NCDR because it is professionally irresponsible to do so.

Between your own dubious past, Hamouth's past, and Dunavant's colorful career, the only people foolish enough to buy your crap are idiot sheep, and the occasional hard-nosed offshore Reg S / Reg D player.

CRIM Porcari be warned, every BS statement, every hyperbole filled PR, all of your outrageous technology claims will be answered back with the facts and the truth. The world is watching and knows what you and your friends at NCDR are.

Buyer Beware!

Arthur,
In your earlier message, you talked about the intentions of buyers of NetCommandTech stock. Since you know their intentions, I assume you know who they are. If there's a group of people who all know each other that are the only purchasers of a a stock, that sounds like manipulation to me. If there are other valid reasons to purchase a stock, then there would be people you didn't know purchasing, and you wouldn't be able to state their intentions, would you?

Regards,
Craig

P.S. Sorry to disappoint you, but I don't share my stock positions on SI. However, I will let you know that I'm trying to figure out why anyone would buy this stock at the current price unless they are covering a short sale. There's been a lot of posturing by the "longs" about what a great value NCDR is, but no one seems to be able to describe the technology in any detail, and there's absolutely no mention of the potential market for NCDR's products, how much of that market NCDR expects to get, or any of that type of analysis. As the CineMail product is over 2 years old, I think that it is possible to make some solid assumptions about the value of it. Since Corsaire paid less than $1 million to buy out Baraka, I doubt that the CineMail product is worth much more than that.
