Sure is a long way around the block to get your facts wrong. But then Mr. Spin, what do we expect from you? I note in particular your refusal to quote the NHLT particulars.

In the December 14th update on thePABN/PRWT site from John Schmitz: On December 4, 1998 the Company announced that it has entered into a contract with National Health & Safety for an exclusive marketing and management arrangement for all products. PanAmerican Healthcorp will provide expansion capital and marketing to incorporate National Health's POWERx Medical Benefits Network into PanAmerican's Patient Alliance of America. The agreement with National Health & Safety includes the national marketing of a new cancer detection technology for which NHS recently acquired the exclusive North American rights. The new technology is a soft tissue ultra-sound scanner (Longport scanner).

In regard to I-T: The Garden City site is now currently equipped at full capacity with thirty-two (32) trading stations. An in-house seven day course is available to investors wishing to trade. #reply-9739235

An egregious failure to mention by the way that it would expire on January 1. You talk about me being misleading. Hahahahaha.

In November 1998, PanAmerican BanCorp and the Company entered into a Letter of Intent including an interim Licensing Agreement and Management Agreement, both of which would terminate on January 1, 1999. As a result, one months licensing fee of $41,000 was realized as revenue in December 1998 and $58,000 was loaned to the Company to help cover working capital requirements. The interim agreements have lapsed but discussions are still going on.http://www.edgar-online.com/bin/showglimpse/?doc=A-901899-0001013799-99-000037&glm=1&nav=1

They didn't advertise the Garden City location until December 7 or later either. So you are suggesting as your cover that they cleared over their startup expenses $100,000 in less than a month with no training classes and no advertising aired. Heavy on the expenses, light on the revenue, light on the logic, Mr. SpinMan. Keep trying though.
