Mary, touche' Four words and another thoughts came to mind........ Smoke, ...mirrors, ....puppet, ...temporary, ..... Since they are just getting the PR out, some five days after the change, my bet is the "holiday" may play a role in delaying mail delivery. One may guess to expect "short" notice. Face it, a board of one appointed three, and do you all notice which name is left out? One could think they're working to cover the deficiencies, except the key stuff, so they can be sooooooooooo sincere in court. By the way, have you shareholders requested your financials yet?
