And the difference between Palestine and Kosovo will be that Serbia will remain a pariah state until Milo is gone. Israel has support from the US, Serbia has no one (except two nations, China and Russia, who haven't the resources to rebuild Serbia).

And should he remain in power, the wounds will grow deeper, and the resentment stronger on the part of the Kosovars.

That is why this has to be resolved here and now, while there is still a perpetrator(Milo) who can be blamed, charged, and sentenced.
And there is no doubt in my mind that Milosevic is ultimately responsible for this crisis, with Serbian people bearing blame only if they continue not to oppose him.

If it is permitted to continue, it will be the Serbian people who will suffer the taint of this crime, not just Milo.

There has been an injustice perpetrated on a massive and historic scale in Kosovo. Milosevic has manipulated Serbian public opinion and used the power of his office to create this circumstance we find outselves in. If he "gets away with it", the repercussions will likely turn out to be even nastier than where we find ourselves right now, and more people will die.

And if this conflicts lingers and eventually draws in neighboring countries, it could get even bloodier.

Regards,

Ron
