Ron, you are hang-up on Milo, NATO hang-up on Milo, it is not well-thought though...All Serbia has to do is to get rid of Milo, how it would help albanians? or KLA?
It just does not..and without Milo, West would declare victory and abandone albanians in a hurry

You are right however that NATO/Clinton is much more pre-occupied with "victory" than albanians, refugees or else..So they can settle for Serbia achieving its goals but nailing victory prize (Slob)
