given that much of the selling was in the 32 range, then it would appear that insider moves are not a result of some yet to be announced bad news.

Based upon GICs trading pattern since its diversiture from the old
GIC and next level, this stock corrects significantly and then
continues to move up. Its trading pattern is unique, and because
of the way it behaves [hitting low intermediate lows and then shooting back up], this movement has gotta mess with momentum investors minds.
It wouldn't appear to be a great stock if one is looking for a
higher high, lower low ramp up trading patterns.
