Diversions? Absolutely. And you should know better than many here. So let's get back to discussing the NHLT deal. Look at this from November 23rd (From the Desk of John Schmitz): We feel very positive that we are not far from reaching and/or surpassing our short term goals. We anticipate that we will be generating sufficient revenues and showing profits in the near future. #reply-9739754 But by December 4th (with Thanksgiving intervening) they ponied up nearly $100K to rent the management and marketing rights to NHLT for 1 month. Did you get that Scottoo? 1 MONTH! And over Christmas at that. And it was PABN THAT PAID NHLT. Did you catch that part of it as well? Fascinating isn't it? PABN PAID NHLT for the RIGHT TO MARKET AND MANAGE NHLT FOR 1 MONTH. Fascinating. Usually companies pay for that kind of consulting, but no PABN paid them for the opportunity. Other than renting the rights so they could make a press release or two, what exactly did PABN/PRWT shareholders receive in value for this right that lapsed Jan 1, 1999? What a story. And you want to allege that I am the one engaged in misleading. Hahahahaha. Admit it, that goose isn't laying golden eggs. And to paraphrase someone that you surely think quite highly of, it doesn't take a goose to know a bad egg. Hahahahaha

Hi Scottoo! More power to you. I'm not sure the lawsuit angle is the one to take here. I think his record of lies and harassment is sufficient, that if presented to management will result in his censure. All that is needed is this: anyone who feels harassed by something he says should send an email to the webmistress. In the email quote the offending post by jhild and quote the portion of the Terms of Use which mention suspension for harassment. Then say he has been doing this for almost a year and enough is enough. He has been asked to stop, he has been told to stop and he insists on continuing to harass people who want to talk about this company and their investment in it. Don't forget to mention the lies. I've already been successful in having several of his posts removed because they violated the Terms of Use, and not just posts of his. So I know the method works. It simply requires patience and a willingness to not give up. I suggest starting with his most recent posts and work backwards in time. Don't stop until you reach his first post on this thread or one of the other PABN threads, unless he is gone before then. As you go backwards his lies become more easy to document. He is really outrageous when he gets on a roll. And there it all is in black and white! I think SI knows people are not posting here because of his harassment of them. I think they know he is costing them money. When they have enough complaints they will take appropriate action. I think they will especially listen to the complaints of non-members, since they are the ones who see the ads. BTW In answer to your question I think he has been looking particularly foolish recently. IMHO that one about the missing dollar sign marked the beginning of the end. PCM GO PABN!!!
