Stock price often is not based on purely evaluation of numbers. Although numbers often are a key to investor awareness. IMO, this stock has more to overcome than a company with a proven track record and few or no setbacks. My evaluation is based on all the outside circus stuff that goes on here.
You may be right that a spike could occur; but to hold that level would be very hard to believe. Realize that every time a new high or spike is obtained certain "old" investors will bail once they recovered their original investment or made a small return. This causes a cycle effect which causes the stock to tumble. With 66M shares out there, the number in the hands of long term holders is probably too small to hold the stock up.
Of course this is my opinion and based on watching many stocks over a lengthy period of time.

Calm,
Roy

I think part of the problem with your analysis is that the 5 cents would be a static 5 cents with no growth rate. So it would command a very low PE. It can be viewed almost like a dividend to investors. Perhaps it would command a 15 - 20 PE. There would be no growth but also almost no risk.

Why doesn't it add $1 to the price of the stock? Because an investor buying the shares at $0.25 doesn't expect to get the 5 cents in the near future. If the shares were trading for $2.99 new investors would be counting on that 5 cents.
