An excellent summation from a portion of the 10K that any moron can understand. Astute and informed longs who were ignorant yesterday will be selling today. Perhaps it would be prudent if they sold twice their current position in order to take advantage of further dilution. Jean-Philippe is considering adding your name to his staff of financial advisors.

You were up awful late and all you could come up with is that the company COULD issue some shares AT SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE??? I don't think I'll worry about that unless it happens.

You must have really racked your brain to come up with that one.
As always, I am not impressed.
