G'day Chip, you sez "Sorry for the length of the post..." Quite on the contrary, this is the kind of substantive posts I yearn to see in this thread - or any other thread I visit, for that matter. Instead of some cheapshot bashing or mindless ra-ra, any in depth view of a company, be it related to its technologies or to its financials, will provide not only substance to the said company competitive advantages [or disadvantages,] but also a good idea who are the investors.

Therefore, your post is most refreshing and helpful. Thanks again

best, Bosco

Chip, thanks alot for the info.Very informative. I agree this area will be booming. I'm also looking at NETD. The area of "on-the-go" people such as myself in sales interests me the most. I'd love to be able to check my stocks, email, etc. out on my laptop while on the road.I agree that investing in more than one company is the smart way to go. WAVC will be one. I need to do more dd on others as you say before spending the $. Thanks again. DB

Nice post BC, you're a wealth of knowledge.
Don't you think the "Fixed" system could also be used for roaming. Seems I read somewhere (Wi-Lan) that connectivity remains when moving from one "cell" to another? With those speeds, it could really make connectivity mobile and fast. - regards - denis
