Bob et al: The press release omits one significant fact.....

They emphasize the IP portfolio's value to existing and potential customers. What goes unsaid, is the increasing value to a "big dog" suitor.......

Others have identified the significant transition issues of shifting from "development" to "manufacturing". Microvision has been steadily "acquiring" key personnel for their ability to contribute to the pool of IP. "Big dogs" may be looking to do the same. It would seem Microvision would now be solidly locked in the radar of a major display/imaging manufacturer who could consider it better to move a little early, rather than wait until it becomes REAL expensive in the bidding war one could expect following final product development.

The mass acquisition of promising IP occurs regularly in industry, what are the obstacles here?

Regards,
Bob
