************ALL************* Since my last post, I've had two long, revealing, eye opening talks with people knowledgeable about this company and its inner workings. Not insiders, but people that believe in the potential of TSIG, and have strong, verifiable opinions as to why TSIG is foundering. There is a lifeline to be tossed, and safe harbor may - MAY - be reached. The Board should meet immediately, today, now. Marty must be appointed by John Hwang, Michael Gordon and Paul Henry as a full voting member of the Board. Paul Henry is the swing vote. Shareholders, convince Paul Henry to vote for Marty as a full BoD. Post, write, fax, call. This is our investment - make it work, or watch it founder. First Order of Business after Marty has been appointed: convince John Hwang to remain with TSIG. Is it critical that John Hwang remain? Perhaps not. Would John be a tremendous asset? Obviously, YES. What can we shareholders do? Post your support to John, e-mail him, write him, fax him. Ask him to give TSIG a shot, keep his expertise at the table and create a new company. Communicate with Golin-Harris (tel. 415-808-9830, fax 415-808-9890, e-mail skauppinen@golinharris.com); voice your support of John Hwang, and ask G-H to communicate your support of John. Do it today. Second Order of Business: New financing, while working to undo the harm resulting from the Grady & Hatch financing. Third Order of Business: Robert Gordon's influence must be nullified or ousted outright. I do not believe his intentions as to TSIG are honorable, nor have they been for some time. THIS IS YOUR INVESTMENT, PEOPLE. COMMUNICATE YOUR SUPPORT OF MARTY'S IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD AS A FULL VOTING MEMBER. COMMUNICATE YOUR SUPPORT OF JOHN HWANG. DO THIS NOW. Best, Tim PS: Perhaps someone could re-post this on RG. Thanks.
