Cistron's cash is worth a minimum of 65-70 cent a share on the open market to a cash strapped biotech co. Why is the bod allowing more shares to be dished out bankrupt levels? The above reminds me of a bottomless convertible which is what companies do when they are broke. We have $13.5 million with no debt, no burn.... Insane!
