has anyone figured out what Apollo is paying per share?

Since their $75M is for 20% of the company presumably on a diluted basis, to do the calculation you'd have to do something like:

- take # of issued shares now

- add to that the number of shares that would have to issued to give Apollo 20%

- divide $75M by the actual number of shares that Apollo gets

Since RRRR seems to live by acquisition, paying for companies with shares, it'll presumably be more diluted by the time Apollo's 20% is issued.

Whatever Apollo is paying per share on that basis probably has a lot to do with that the market value should be... assuming that the market is as optimistic as Apolllo.
