Charlie, well, the way I see it, there's alot of flim-flam involved.
And I think your analysis is right on. And I will always remember just how quickly the guy from "Where's the Beef" just ripped on through his prepared speech as he explained why he was the next CMGI....

has anyone figured out what Apollo is paying per share?

I have covered my short position sometime back. I am waiting for a PR about the closing of the Apollo deal (which might come around May 31). Will re-evaluate and enter if we get a good pop on this news.
