Marc, do you how are shares are assigned, and then sold? Do you (or runabout) know which broker(s) was being used to sell these shares. And how many shares were actually sold?

If that was the reason for the steep decline (I'm not convinced) that was a most inept selling of shares. I still think the price declined in sympathy the broad selloff in techs and was exacerbated by a few nervous longs scared by THQ's crazy trading history.

If PCPL's owners sold a large amount, I would find it easier to believe they did so on Tuesday when the price stayed at 25 3/16 x 25 1/4 for about four hours while approximately (remembering off the top of my head) 80k shares changed hands.
