CBurnett, I'm not trying to be critical and I could be wrong, but I think it is possible that there is just ONE batch of 2.5 million shares that are owned collectively by Grafton Holdings, Oak Holdings, Peter Robin Baily, and Pedro Coronado. Please keep in mind that I am not here to defend anybody or anything. I have learned from past experience that it's best to just stick to the facts when it comes to argument. And truth is all I'm after here. The stock will take care of itself. Please read page 14 of the 10-K filing of 10-13-98 (Item 11) and the referenced footnotes 1,2,3,& 4 on Page 15...sec.gov It says each party has indicated that their "beneficial ownership of such shares " is by virtue of their participation as a shareholder of Oak Holdings, Inc. So I think we are looking at a single batch of 2.5 million shares rather than 4 batches that total 10 million. Certainly, Dingaan Holdings is in the drivers seat if they want to control the company. (And I have no idea what their intentions are. I just follow the trading to watch for anything unusual.) Based on what I got from the Transfer Agent TODAY, DDEQ has... 5,566,099 Total Shares Outstanding (This can be verified by faxing a request to Signature Stock Transfer at 972-788-4194.) And IF Dingaan converted ALL their preferreds, we would still be looking at only about 22.6 million total shares outstanding fully diluted. I pointed this out in my overview when I first posted it... -------------------------------------------------------------Message 9564851 - - - - - SHARES - - - - - Outstanding Shares: 4.6 million (fully diluted including series B stock 22.6 million) ------------------------------------------------------------- If someone can present facts to prove otherwise, I will be happy to stand corrected. Take care!
