TVs can be bought direct, thru 800 numbers, thru catalogues. My guess is tvs will be sold more direct, not that computers will be sold more retail. Maybe gigabytes will sell tvs

PCs are getting easier to use and setup. Example Apple.

PCs are already sold for $300 and 1 year of free ISP service.

Digital TV are similar to PCs.

Playstation II will able to access internet.

It is only a matter of time before you will hook up TV to PC and game console and stereo and they will be plug and play. Or TVs come with keyboards. Or home entertainment centers have disk drives.
