can someone help me understand this? All these months we have been waiting for GSIC to file their UFOC, and have constantly been told that more information was needed. I was under the impression that once filed, this would allow franchise opportunities in 38 states. In the news release, we now hear that the UFOC has finally been filed in washington state. What was going on all these last months? I thought the whole point was it already had been filed and we were awaiting approval from whoever regulates these UFOC's. But no, now it has only been filed in one state. Additionally there is vague wording about how many states it allows gsic to operate in. Do they then have to file in each of these states and go through a similar process? IF ANYONE UNDERSTANDS EXACTLY WHAT A UFOC IS, WHO YOU ACTUALLY FILE WITH, WHAT IT ALLOWS YOU TO DO, etc. PLEASE POST HERE.
