The catch is that it "sounds" too good to be true. The catch is the business model is diametrically opposed to traditional mining procedure. The catch is we have a non-mining person at the helm who doesn't know he's supposed to pump and dump and fail like 1 out of 10 jr. mining companies. The catch is we have a "black box" that traditional mining experts say can't produce any more than a bumblebee can fly. The catch is you are speculating on people and technology and not proven resources. If you think of MG as a technology play rather than a mining play ... it fits that model much better.
