Missed that ... well, i wonder what the Mines Minister - #reply-9071088 - would know about 'Stones and Wood Corporation s.a.r.l. (S & W)'? [s.a.r.l. is likely french for 'societé anonyme something something', in spanish S.A. de C.V. means 'Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable', 'anonymous society of - yes - variable capital -g-]

And what portion of the "$4,000,000.00 consisting of cash and Rule 144 restricted shares" was cash, and how restricted are the shares [i.e. for how long], and at what price were the shares valued in the transaction, and how arms-length are the parties?

Just more questions, John -g-

Re: ABFG Acquires Sapphire Producing Properties

I thought they already had such properties, in fact they had exclusive rights to all of Madagascar. Or was that emeralds?

Perhaps ABFG is building a new business model. Announce and promote a new asset acquisition, capability, facility, line of business or advertising campaign. If it catches on, if the stock buying public shows interest, then go out and buy it!

Think of it as something along the lines of a New Era "business prototyping", sending up a "trial balloon", as a "try before you buy" approach to business! If a press release is able to stimulate the stock price sufficiently, then they can buy the (proposed & promoted) acquisition with freshly printed, newly inflated stock certificates. And if they succeed in manip^H^H^H^H^Hgoosing the stock price high enough, these acquisitions can even be accretive!

And how about those GPS coordinates?

- Daniel
