The more individuals who send complaints the better. Also, include the url address where these public posts are located. And don't forget cover letter explaining why you feel this person has committed a crime in violating SEC rules. (planting false or deceptive stories for personal gain.) Looks like planting stories to reporters isn't such a good idea after all, when it has been done for personal gain.
