Maybe if and when they cover ARTT again (still large market maker)they will reference its 180+ million POP reach is right up there after T's 200+ million but usually only 100 MHz and WCII. NXLK and TGNT are comparitively market poor to ARTT, T & WCII and still waiting for someone to really show when demand will require more than
100-300 MHz to serve the business marketplace. 1 GHz allocation was
based on LMDS being cable competitor.
