privately owned oil service sector corporation...mostly distribution and support...ran a distribution enterprise from the seventies with "no inventory" concept...necessary to implement due to partnerships with japanese heavy industries...that is why i show caution in the dell model, all is well as long as the down stream remains healthy and executes in an impeccable fashion..the more alliances and the larger you become increases the risk of perfect execution...not as easy as one thinks to transfer technique to another venue, as you always depend on new alliances, at some point you exhaust reliable supply chains...been there, done that..all is fine in a dynamic positive environment, things slow or turn down and you find your "reliable sources" have cut back to save their bottom line...look at the oil services business, became a domino effect...and as the house of cards tumbles due to uncontrolled global events, the weak are consolidated into the strong...weak not necessarily financially weak...the "visionaries" take over the care of the "blind"

not bearish, just realistic...at some points all corporate buzzwords become vapid...bottom line if dell has a bad period, do you think they will all hold hands and ride it out, or make some redundant, that is where the trust exits and the business survival enters....look what happened to the master plans of the japanese..and guess who "mikey" is modeled after?
