Diplomacy has obviously not worked in Yugoslavia. We've only been at it for 8+ years
there and the situation has only gotten worse.

So our bombing has made it better?

Ron,

I wearily read all these controversial posts between the ''pros'' and ''cons'' with regard to NATO's intervention in Kosovo and then I wish to ask the same question I dropped at the very beginning of the Kosovo war (on the WWIII thread), that is: Would all the cons stick to their fainthearted attitude toward NATO's involvement if it were the other way around?? I bet you NO!! If the situation portended a massacre of Orthodox Serbian folks by ''fanatical'' Muslim Albanians, you can be pretty sure that all these pussyfooting doves would just transform themselves into warmongering hawks! If the Kosovo picture showed bin Laden-trained KLA ''terrorists'' expelling the defenceless Serbian minority from Kosovo then we'd see Papadopoulos, rrman, Hodgkin et alii jumping on the ''At the Muslims'' bandwagon --they'd likely be the first loonies to call for nuking Albania!

Let's not get patronized by these bigots!
