So our bombing has made it better? It will as soon as Milo and his cronies are gone and a semblance of sanity is restored to all sides. After all, if we used your logic, then WWI and WWII were basically a waste of our time and effort since the damage we inflicted during the wars were far worse than occurred before our entrance. Sometimes it requires an all-out, knock down, drap-out, to make all participants war-weary enough to begin getting along with each other again. Our problem is that the bombing has been declared to be a limited action from the very beginning. Thus, Milosevic has known exactly what his negotiating parameters have been all along and what he can and can't get away with. Regards, Ron
