The lawsuit will be settled within 2 weeks. JMHO and I'm not much on predictions. It's just the way I see it. This recess of 13 weeks has just been a catalyst for compromise. The trial itself was only supposed to last 6 weeks. I always use Oct.20 1997 as the start of this chapter in the MSFT history. That's the day RENO went on TV to start her madness. It was also about 2 hours before MSFT released their quarterly results. Anybody think that was a coincidence?? Stock price took a quick approx. 5 point drop but ended up positive for the day. I think it's all over, maybe by Tuesday.
