I agree Jgilbert. I believe an audit is long overdue on this company. Is anyone taking bets on what the next excuse for the delay in the filing of audited financials will be?

And gee, I-T is still only registered in 22 states. I am shocked to see that talking to the company doesn't yield accurate information. Is Charlie Vaccaro a liar? Or is he just exuberantly misguided by his lack of long term experience in the securities business? Five months have passed this year and they still haven't gotten the registrations they said they were waiting until 1999 to get. Well, maybe they will try again for next year and delay those applications now.

"Aren't we all guessing until the audit?"

Something I've said on several occasions. But some people seem to think their guesses are better than others.

I guess they are when you come to think of it.

"...until the audit?" Speaking of which...

For the FWIW department:

ragingbull.com

"ROCCO95...it may be true about the 8th, however I am only posting info I received from Harold Larson (PABN) when he called me regarding shareholder information I had requested. He stated that the posting would be before the 30th of June (1999), so I am being cautious so as to not overly hype the stock...just the facts...
Best to you...
