Dax, It sounds like a tough situation. Personally, I'd probably cash most out, provided the bid is halfway decent, or at least good enough to get out significant money. It would only take a few leftovers to get your money back should something happen.

Hi Dax, I would appreciate, if you can find the time (gg), if you would give WEIR (Weiner's Stores) a cursory glance. I couldn't resist nibbling @ four bits a few days ago. After coming out of bankruptcy in '97 they appear to have turned around. Recent blowout earnings, new store openings, the whole bit. Long a popular retailer in the south, their local stores (of which there are many) appear to be doing well.
