I have asked this question on every thread. No one has given me a good answer yet. The only real advantage I can see for PCOAC is a lower pin count.

1) granularity (important if you believe "PCOAC" type things will go into "appliances")
2) bandwidth (needed for integrated graphics)
3) interface longevity

You should worry about it because Intel will soon have it and AMD won't.

Putting AMD further behind in the technology and performance department.

And therefore, further ahead in the LOSSES department.
