True enough.. Rambus is slated for 50% of the market in 2000/2001. Not 100%. I guess ibm will be part of that other 50%. Compaq and dell are the only OEM's who have announced commitment to rambus that I know of.

You forgot to mention it's also from the folks whose stock has been a '12 bagger' since 1993. Gerstner is no dummy, just check out IBM's performance vs Intel. You will see that IBM has outperformed Intel since 1993. Over the last 20 months, Intel is up around 12%, IBM 120%...
