Champion, I think you can probably load up at around the current prices--you may want to be a bit conservative-- everything looks good from our view but you never know. I don't think the price will move a lot until we get an SEC filing. I spoke with Clint Cantwell of IR yesterday and he said TC is actively pursuing SEC filing. He mentioned it usually takes 90 days but they have the ball rolling already--so I'm thinking at least one month of not two or more. These people looking to turn a profit in a couple days is one of the problems with the stock--that and stock groups that expect the same--short term immediate profit. The longer this drags out (as long as filing happens) the better for me--I would like to hold my majority for at least a year for tax purposes. John
