I'm still puzzled - ATG used First United as its underwriter, and they were certainly a sleazy bunch. In the meantime, even the first shares I bought through First United are now profitable, and those guys folded their tent over a year ago. What exactly are you trying to say? Guilt by association? If First United brought them public, something must be wrong 3 years later? If you look at the beginnings of this message board, you will see people saying that ATG was a complete fraud 3 years ago, that they would never get an SEC approval, that it was pure pump and dump (which clealry and unequivocally it is not). If it were a P & D there would never have been an SEC approval over VTS, etc.

Rittereiser himself is on record saying very negative things about First United. So I return to my original question - what exactly is the implication?
