That's the people of the U.S.,,, not the guys who pull the levers.....IMHO rrman, They can only pull the levers as far we permit. Otherwise, we would have had ground troops invading Serbia back in '95. Too bad Milosevic didn't have the same constraints on the activities of his paramilitary thugs. Democracies will always be at a disadvantage to authoritarian states since we have to discuss what we're going to do and get the support of all the people, not just the various elite factions.
