Hi Elroy,

This thread is layed back. It was designed originally to answer questions about TA but has transformed into a little of everything you can imagine.

As to you question about U.S.-China Industrial Exchange Moves Trading to NASDAQ Smallcap, if it was moved for the reasons you stated;
They probably did this because their asset base fell below Nasdaq requirements. I would tend to be very leary of any company that is being made to change exchanges because of dwindling cash reserves.

I would ask myself why a company with a book value of over $22 a share is trading at just over $8.

If you own it you would be well advised to not fall in love with the company and be prepared to exit on any flaky looking news. You should also read everything they file with the SEC with a fine tooth comb.
