I would ask myself why a company with a book value of over $22 a share is trading at just over $8.

The Yahoo info is out of date. They did a reverse 8 for 1 split in Q1, so that's probably why book value looks so high. They didn't release a balance sheet with the March results, so it's impossible to know current book value. Don't worry, I don't love them, or currently own them, I was just wondering what the trading implications might be of such a move.

So the topic is TA, eh? Well, I don't know anything about it, but let me ask this. Is TA more accurate for small, thinly traded companies or large, well followed companies (or no difference). The reason is I follow a lot of stocks that trade < 50,000 shares per day, and when some move occurs all these hypesters fly in with their TA analysis. Is it a legitimate claim that TA doesn't apply because the volume is too low?
