Hey thanks for your help...would love to find out more about that Staudt NASDAQ deal...my view on the other (Mr. C) is not positive...he has been used (not really the right word) extensively by Vancr dealer/brokered private placements where the stock is placed 'overseas' and then washed back into NA...obviously he has had a lot of successes but his name comes up equally as often in VSE collapse deals in 'rare stamp collections', 'french fry vending machines' 'punctureless tires' etc. etc.
