Again, if I would ASSUME your time frame, then maybe these things aren't happening. Should you HAPPEN to be wrong (I've got a sneaking suspicion...) then maybe it has already happened. Your harassment of the people who post here is unacceptable, and a clear violation of the Terms of Use. It has gone on for almost a year now. You have contributed nothing of substance to the discussion. You have accused virtually everyone associated with PABN with criminal activities and defrauding investors. You have accused many of the investors who post here, including me, of being a paid promoter. ALL without one shred of evidence to back it up. You claim to be here for the story, but demonstrate an embarrassing ignorance of the basic facts which make up the story. Given the complete lack of ANYTHING to substantiate EVEN ONE of your fabrications you have gone so far as to implicate the mob, the SEC, the NASD and PABN in a conspiracy to defraud PABN investors. "Nonsense" indeed. "...all of what you are saying is nonsense." You state as fact things which you cannot possibly know to be fact, for instance: "Well, when they ever get around to actually filing to form a Federal Thrift, as they have claimed that they will do at some time in the future, then I suppose the FBI will spring into action." You are so arrogant you do not even identify for unwary readers of this thread that your lies are "opinions," instead you present them as fact. This is also a clear violation of the Terms of Use, one which I have identified several times. You have been invited to become a responsible, mature contributor to this discussion. You have REFUSED to do so. You have been invited to find greener pastures for your alleged DD skills -- namely a real scam which needs to be exposed. (Your betters have done exactly that.) Yet you continue to REFUSE to do so. You have responded to any attempt by anyone to say something positive about this company by making it an unpleasant experience for them. Most of the investors who are members of SI are in "lurk" mode because you have singlehandedly taken it upon yourself to attack and insult anyone who posts anything remotely positive about this company. You also REFUSE to answer any questions challenging your accusations and insinuations -- the full body of your "nonsense," a small portion of which is referred to above -- Thereby establishing beyond anyone's doubt that you do not wish to enter into any discussion concerning your "opinions." You simply desire to leave them here as droppings. You have abused and violated the Terms of Use long enough. PCM GO PABN!!!
