Perry-

I understand there is E-mail...How easily can you communicate on the net and do you have a remote keyboard?

How slow is the scrolling? Is the internet fully accessible? Are you saying that despite the 180K bps, the web is slow and laborious?

Perry, thanks for your information.
Glad to see we have someone having WGAT service on board! Your opinion will be highly appreciated.
I have some questions:
1) Do you get wireless keyboard? I believe you need it if you want to type in the web site address to surf or send an e-mail (is it right?). How do you go from one page to another page without mouse-like device: by your remote control? I know it has a pointing device functioning like mouse but unsure how it works and how convenient.

2) How long it will take to hyperlink from HBO TV program to HBO web site (around 5 seconds?) Is it directly link to the HBO home page or related page with your TV ad?

3) What is your set-top box model (if you don't mind to share)? Because it might affect the speed. I believe the speed can go from low of 78kbps to top 180kbps depends on the wet-top box and peak time. Do you notice the speed difference between peak time and off peak time? How slow from one page to another, compare with 56k PC modem? What about going back from the web to TV viewing: how fast is it?

4) How about picture quality? I know the digital box will offer better picture quality. Is it clear enough to read?

5) Did you try some Java enabled sites? WGAT should be Java-enabled. How fast is it to load?

Thanks in advance and have a happy holiday!
Best Regards.
