it is tiring to repeat the same thing 10 times, and that will be the last on this issue. I read the document attached to the 10K, I did not find a ceiling, I do not know if there is another document (typically filed as an 8-K) with more details on that transaction. Period. This thread believed for a long time that the absence of Form 4 filing was proof that there was no inside selling, the count of the number of shares now owned by Gordon and the number of shares he owned in the past showed that despite the lack of filing of specific documents (like Form 4), insider sales occurred.

Well, to be absolutely correct, no one had asked you if there was a ceiling or not. (And I believe it was already understood that there wasn't.)

Given the number of shares Gordon HAD and the number he now HAS, it seems fair to say that indicates selling. (duh?) And I don't recall any posts from anyone that stated an "absence of Form 4 was proof that there was no inside selling." I don't recall that said by anyone at all.
