If you are deposed and subsequently say something different later which contradicts your deposed statement, then that severely undermines one's credibility. Now he clearly wrote that he didn't read the actual agreement, and per the intent of his posts it appears that he hasn't ruminated over the full text (45 pages in three parts of small type face) of this agreement. Plus per his original statement there is no argument that supports his query about not knowing there was a ceiling. As a matter of fact no where in his original statement is the word "ceiling" that instigated our exchanges with him on these issues . Message 9817515 In addition, I had prior exchanges with this donkey on the PNLK thread that have made me question both his methods and the intent of his "analysis". I cannot nor will I say that the company TSIG.com may succeed or fail. I cannot or will not say I'm on the QE 2 or the Titanic. I am holding.
