Any feeling on how the Amazon.Bomb article in Barrons will effect GNET on Monday? I read the thing, and they actually make some good points. I do think though that the author went out of her way to deliberately skewer the company. Sounds like she was ticked off when Bezos wouldn't grant her an interview. Comments?

How many people, as they use the products, really think of the company as go2net.com, rather than the parent company for each of its great properties: SI, stocksite, metacrawler, playsite, hypermart, etc?

I agree. There is practically NO mention of Go2Net on the SI pages. Maybe a little icon in a corner somewhere. I think GNET needs to improve branding in this respect - not that they have to splash their name all over the place, but I think the name should appear anywhere SI appears. The Yahoo! Finance pages don't just say "Finance," do they? You KNOW what site you're on when you're over there!

Russell, I hope you're taking notes ...
